Each pack you will receive 2 x sheets of wrapping paper. Each sheet is a generous A2 size (59.4cm x 42cm) but it will arrive to you handily folded down to A5 size. Complete with four matching tags!
The design is printed onto high quality uncoated paper, 115gsm with a lovely luxury sheen to it! The matching tags are printed onto high quality 300gsm card, easy to write your message on the back.
Your wrap will arrive folded into A5 size for ease whilst travelling to you.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
I hope you love your new purchase as much as I loved creating it!
If for any reason you have an issue with your order, please send me an email and I will do my very best to resolve the situation- I don't bite, I take huge pride in my business and want to make sure every customer recieves the very best service from Holly Greenwood Design.
If you need to return any product, the product will need to be returned to me within 28 days of receiving your order. Please make sure it is in its original packaging and in it's original condition.
Once I have recieved your order, providing it is in it's original condition and unused I will be able to issue a full refund.
Please allow 5-10 working days to see the refund appear back in the account you originally paid with.
Unfortunately as a small business I cannot offer free returns so you will need to cover the cost of the return.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

SHIPPING INFO
All items are posted out via Royal mail second class as standard, and usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive.
There is an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st class which usually arrives within 1-2 working days to arrive.
Please allow a little extra time for delivery around busier times of the year (christmas, public holidays, etc) I work super hard to get your orders out to you as quick as possible but once it's with the courrier sometimes minor delays can occur that are sadly out of my control.
Dispatch times are 1-2 working days* once you have placed your order. *exludes pre order and personalised/made to order items, please see the description of each individual item to see accurate processing times.
